Is ther a working mod for this laptop. Or once I flashed the bios I did a clean install and unchecked the box for activate windows online ran full install then checked and it said 30 days to activate. Is there another step I need to do? Or is the bios mod just not working right. Thanks
I know it's not you, but the unmodified version does not ask for a password when I flash it, but the modified version did. Could it be some form of protection? Just curious here, not accusing you of anything
Maybe, but there is no way I could, if I wanted, to put a password on your bios....I think what happened, is BenQ has this hidden code which automatically comes into play once you mess with their bios
