just run 63af08us.exe (or AdRomLdr.exe). The proper bios file will be flashed automatically

    add.
    DL00206A.WPH - bios ID TP-61
    DL01108A.WPH - bios ID TP-63

Crap, I got your messeage to late and it looks like I bricked this thing. WinPhlash gave me the "BIOS flash succesfull, system will now shut down and restart" except that it did not restart automatically so I pressed the power button and Im now staring at the Lenovo Intel logo on the boot screen. I ve tried pressing F1 to enter BIOS setup but I just get "Please wait...." on the lower left hand corner and thats it. Its been sitting like that for the past 5 mimutes.

Update: Managed to get into the BIOS enough to change the silent boot option and check that everything is ok, and reset. CPU, System RAM, Cache SRAM, System BIOS Shadowed, Video BIOS Shadowed, Detected HDD and DVD/CDRW, Mouse initialized and then........... NADA, it stopped there, it has been doing nothing.

Turn OFF the laptop, disconnect power, remove / insert battery, then turn ON

You able boot to Windows (e.g. from any Live CD with WinXP) ?
If "Yes" - then try to flash the 63af08us.exe again
