    question: until i've got a working bios, is it safe to rearm? Or is that option impossible now i already used the masterkey but failed activation?

    Activated today without any problem. Used the HP Cert but like to reinstall again tomorrow and check I can use the Acer Cert for to activate because the Laptop is an Acer!

    Just for in case of it wouldn't work with the Acer Cert, I'll will clone the HDD so I can just copy back an running system.

    You cannot use an ACER certificate to activate windows 7 as OEM because it does not exist as of this date.

    First this is a forum for SLIC v2.1 and not for SLIC v1.0 or 1.10 which is what you need for Windows XP. You have the slic to activate Windows Vista and Windows 7 but no XP.

    If you asked for Windows XP slic, you should have gone to the appropriate forum space for that request.
