    \mod\ - modified bios

    to flash the mod run OemFlash.exe (as Administrator) from the \MOD\ folder

    ok, so NO WinPhlash.exe... did i understand well? i just want to be sure because it's my friend notebook, not mine... thanx

    3 BIOSes are in sp30341.exe :
    58351002=089CF45W.UMA
    5C611002=0898F45W.M9X
    4E501002=0898F45W.M10

    If you know which of these three is installed in your laptop, you can use winflash.exe and one of these BIOSes. As I understand, OemFlash.exe will detect what of them should be flashed

    hi, thanx. i can't know the exact file/bios installed as HP official upgrades come with an integrated automatic file. i tried to launch OEM from file and from MSDOS prompt, i get an error... could anybody describe the whole procedure step by step? thanx

    what error ?
    run OemFlash.exe "as Administrator" (right mouse click on the file - as Administrator)

    there's only one user on my laptop, mine; i guess i already am set as admin because i can't select anything but my name... am i right?
