    I guess after all that, you are saying that your bios did not flash correctly.

    Try: PH161700 BIOS.WPH or PH161700 /x BIOS.WPH

    Tried the above commands, gets to Bios screen and turns red and says "File has different BIOS part Number" press any key to reboot, and wont flash.

    Use the 7715.exe flash utility in Modified and Original Bios Folder....use that flash utility in DOS but rename file 7715_SLIC.WPH to 7715.WPH and at command prompt, type: 7715.exe 7715.wph

    If that does not work, use the 7715_SLIC.BIN file. Rename it to 7715.Bin before flashing.

    Put both files on the usb bootable flash drive after renaming them as stated above.
