    Can anyone point me to a working link for a 2.1 BIOS.

    Gateway 17" laptop with the following numbers on the bottom:
    MS2252
    P-7811FX
    P-7805U

    I read everything I could find searching here and every link I located came back as no longer available or dead.

    The files did update my BIOS to 9C.23.00, but it is still SLIC 2.0, not 2.1

    hi i just checked the bios i gave you a link to there is a 2.1 cert in the bios you can confirm it with the phoenix bios tool

    SLIC toolkit says it is Gateway 2.0 BIOS. Is is possible it has both 2.0 and 2.1? If so, how do I remove 2.0?
