    Success! I was finally able to get 2.1! I think I needed to add the boot block parameter.... Using the phlash16.exe found in the CRISDISK folder and a USB flash drive... enter in this: "phlash16.exe /x /s /BBL /MODE=3 bios.WPH" and its good :)
