    disable the "boot block protect" in the bios prior to flashing
    right click on WINFLASH.EXE and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR and follow on-screen instruction

    Flashed, but the board will not boot any longer. Trying to recover the BIOS. Good thing I got the SPI programmer.
