Need a Emachines Slic.bin

I'm trying to mod a asrock P4i65g motherboard to replace an old unbootable one in an old Emachines. I was going to use Amitool to add in the appropriate slic info so as to be able to preactivate XP.
also would the SLP text file just read Emachines
