    Ok buddy, here is the deal. Every time you flash and it does not activate. I NEED A RWE REPORT!!!

    Better yet....If it flashes and activates, please provide me the report also. This way I can also tell what changed..

    This is the only troubleshooting reference I have. If I can see the strings not allowing activation, maybe I can make a logical, educated move. Without the report it is a blind chance..not exactly calculated then is it??

    This applies to everyone testing modded bios .....please!!!!

    The FSC, Sony, and Toshiba are proving to be a bit difficult, as the hidden strings and IDs are different per bios..

    yes, you must reinstall certs and the OEM SLP Product Key....I changed out the Certificate

    copied new certificate over. i get this error now when i try to install the certificate : "on a computer running microsoft windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xBBA' to display the error text/ Error 0xBBA shall i re-arm it. so it dumps all the info from the old ones and try again?

    no ldr crkz or ptchs. just a oem certificate match the bio and a oem key. the bios didnt work so busykid made some changes, i flashed the bios to the new one and was just trying to instal the certificate that matches the new bios...

    When you say rearm I hope you are not using the rearm commands on windows....

    and 911medic is correct in asking if you used a crack, patch, or bios emulator to activate windows prior to flashing the bios the first time with the modified bios?

    i didnt use any crkz, loadrz, or ptchs. this is also a clean install done on saturday nothing else done to it until today just tried doing the certificate and key.... i didnt use the rearm command but i saw it in the options and wasnt sure sounded like it would dump the info but no i have not done that command.
