    This shows a full slic 2.1 is there...why cannot you activate windows? I'm trying to figure out the reason for it not working.

    The RSDT OEMId is wrong. Also there is a SLIC2.0.
    Is the report made of the original bios?
    It seems the mod wasn't flashed....maybe try Phlash16 /O /force

    I'm sorry for not posting all information, i'll pay more attention next time

    At first the flash did not work, after looking into the phlash.ini file i discovered the wrong name of the bios (ImageFile=360AF37.WPH). After changing this to 360AF54.WPH i was able to flash it. After reboot i inserted the cert+key and i worked :D

    Thank you all for the support. :)
    W7 activated and running now....
