The bios I uploaded is modded. You just have to flash it, and it is untested. The bios mod is simple, the "adjusted" flasher is the hard part. The new one should work if you need it..

Inside the download is a folder called CRISDISK - inside that folder are 2 ways to recover - one is with a floppy drive and the other is with a Pen or USB Drive...follow directions in the text files.

I would try 911medic first - he is going off your rw everything report and did what is called SSV2 method....it is good method with Phoenix bios..

I too used your report but I went dynamic method because of a full 2.0 slic was showing...

I seriously doubt your will crash your computer with either one...but try 911medic first and then if that does not work, try mine...

It was made with the tool and is SSv2. He made his with the exact same tool but dynamic method and he input the RWE report to search the strings for him.
They are very different mods, so I am not surprised they appear different. Any two mods will be different. Compression differences.

The HP sometimes leave half a SLIC with Dynamic, so I did SSv2 to avert the issue. You can flash the dynamic and it should work. If, for some reason, it does not activate. The SSv2 should definitely activate the OS.

I know the tool, and I know the phoenix bios..You dont want to use my bios, that is fine. It is there for you though...:D:D

IMO..SSv2 may be a better mod, but Dynamic changes less code...The less code change, the lesser chance of bios problems...K.I.S.S.

    There you have it..

Simply unpack the CRISDISK file and put them on Pen or USB Flash Drive.

    Disconnect battery and Ac adapter

Connect USB Floppy drive or a USB Flash Drive or insert a Cd(whichever u choose).

Press [Fn]+[Esc] and plug In the Ac Power adapter, and then press Power button.

Release the buttons. Notebook should read the crisis disk. There will be no sounds, no beeps. It took about 2-3 minutes and notebook powered down itself.

Then plug in the battery simply power it on.

That’s all. Now normal screen appears and acer is alive.
