    Loaders and why uninstall first?????

    I think he used the option to install the cert and serial only..This does not install the grloader.

    The loaders DO NOT change any files to RC..The early cr**ks did because we did not have a legit key. these adjustments allowed it to accept RC key.

    Loaders are safe, they just need to be uninstalled before RWEverything reports are dumped, as the loaded SLIC will override any slic in bios, or make a bios with no slic appear to have one. This makes a long search for us if we look for code to change that is not really there..:D

    The DAZ and Hazar programs have this added feature that allows for adding a full loader, or just installing cert and serial. Most cannot distinguish the two..:cool:

    The moral(s):
    -if you have a SLIC in bios; uninstall the loader if you want to be able to use it..avoid possible conflicts.
    -Uninstall the loader before any RWE dump for T/S or mod request...avoid possible conflicts..

    **There is no way a loader will cause a brick if a SLIC bios is flashed.

    **The loader may, however, skew the RWE report so the SLIC bios is improperly modded...this may well brick a board..This make sense??

    You confuse me with the question since creating a USB Bootable Disk flashes from DOS...so, yea, you need to flash from DOS.
