Execute the fujitsubios.exe It will prompt saying the same BIOS is installed are you sure you want to flash... Or if not the same system it will error, does not matter. While message box is still open, browse to the user profile temp folder and a folder FlashAid40.tmp, inside is the unpacked ROM file with all flasher files. This folder needs to be copied over, soon as the message box is closed the temp folder is removed.
Run the flashaid exe, if the file is for your system and passes the prompt to flash the bios is given. It defaults to the given rom file name and reads some info from the ini file.
I loaded up Olly and the checks done to see if the ROM file match can be bypassed. I am still looking to see what it is comparing from the file and flashaid before I patch flashaid.

Eh, that's not an option... 3208 fixes a very annoying crash that happens every hour or so.
I guess I'll just use some loader.

    Thanks anyway.

I think we should not give up on the bios mod....there is something we are not doing which needs to be done with your particular bios....

I am going to consult Yen on this one.

I just informed Yen, 911medic and zort of your problem and be patient while we wait for their advice.

    Thank you again!

I'd post the changelog to see what they changed but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be one...

OK I got it loaded and seems it worked. :) The SLIC table is detected now.

Here is how I got it flashed.
FlashAid does a byte check like crc against an offset range. After all the adding is done it only checks for the last 4 bytes of EDX (DX) is equal to 0000. So, easily patched to ignore the value but maybe able to modify the value in the ROM file or ini file. Need more time for testing, it does pass all the other tests for flashaid though...

Needed to reset the BIOS to default on first reboot.
I will post back if I find where these values are stored so no patching flashaid.exe is needed.
    thanks
