Do you have the bios for Windows XP? If you do, flash bios for XP and then flash bios with the MODIFIED ONE that i did.
I have no idea of how that happened...anyway, I am uploading the file to the same download link that I posted...use that link again....give it about 10 minutes to finish uploading before you begin to download the file.

They have in the past for me when I had asked. I am not sure if this will work but run the Setup file for the bios in Windows and then don't let it install but it will extract some files into your user temp folder and it might be there.
Yen just PM'd me and suggested you do what I have already asked which is to flash your bios with bios under XP but you have no such bios....I have looked on Toshiba support website and cannot find one either. I am looking into it.

This is somewhat amusing to me...maybe its just me...... You are to flash the bios you have under XP. It is not the bios at issue here, but the flasher. Take the "Vista" bios and flash it under XP OS. Because they say it is optimized for Vista has no bearing on the XP functionality.. You will not find an "XP only" bios for this machine, if it was sold with vista..
