Use the flashaid tool from Fujitsu. Its in the modified folder named DOS when you extracted from the rar file.
Fujitsu-Siemens_Lifebook_U810_Tablet_Fujitsu-Siemens-1.0\Modified Bios and Original Bios and Utlities\Modified Bios\DOS
Rename or copy BIOS_DATA_SLIC.ROM to BIOS_DATA.ROM
If you run the FlashAid tool now from windows it will attempt to register the driver if not regged. If you get an error other than invalid rom image, click ok to close and run flashaid again. First time running it adjusts the registry for the drivers and service from previous flashaid locations. Now it should complain about invalid rom or corrupt file... This is from bad checksum. Close to exit. Open up that biosheader.ini file in notepad.
Look for the Checksum=0 line. Change it to Checksum=0xF796 Save the ini file. Run flashaid. All this is doing is overriding the checksum result instead of 0. Close all programs that do not need to be running before flashing.
Go through the prompts as you normally would flash the bios. When it's done it you will get a forced timer to reboot. Reboot. Enter the BIOS and reset to defaults if the OS is having problems on the first boot up. If you have a new SLIC everything is good, post your results to Busykid508...

Thanks for the report and which method did you use to successfully flash your bios?

Simply used the original WBFLASH.exe provided with the bios. WinPhlash won't work as it thinks the modded bios is 'corrupt'.
