FAO BusyKid, Thanks for theBIOS mod m8 but Im having a spot of bovver. I am flashing in windows from the modded bios folder using whinflash.When I run whinflash it tells me it cant continue as its looking for bios version FA37? The modded(YOUR) version is FA54 as is the original version installed. To overcome this error I have renamed the ORIGINAL bios FA54 to FA37 and placed in the modded(YOUR) bios folder in the whinflash folder. When I run whinflash it now goes through the flashing procedure and creates a BIOS.BAK file and asks if I want to Flash FA54 OLD BIOS to FA54 NEW BIOS. I agree and it starts flashing all ok,no problems.Reboots the laptop and alls ok but when I run slicdump to check slick Im still v2.0 slic.It seems to be flashing the same(original) bios.The part thats confusing me is the FA37 bit why is it asking for that? Maybe I should rename YOUR modded FA54 to FA37? I must be missing something here m8 and hope you can help. cheers DracUK
I am not sure of what to tell you......I am not an expert on Lifebook and they are one of my most troubling mods....between SONY and Lifebook, it kicks my ass....I can mod them but to tell you what to do with flashing is really not my bag of tea, so to speak.... Seek Lifebook help in their forum if they have one but I would not tell them this is a mod or it could land you in some problems with them.

OK. I am trying to mod mine, but if you can do it great. I did my own slic for vista but I haven't finished the 2.1 slic. Anyways the original request is wrong and was just giving a heads up as I have this laptop and noticed it was the wrong one.
