    I think that cert is same as vista and windows7.
    so I guess you might be put VISTA key or put different product key of windows 7.
    check the oem-xxxxxxx number with yours and key

    The bios and cert match perfectly...I don't know why it won't activate

    Can you include for Samsung R517 in bios other SLIC, not Samsung? For variant - DELL?

    I had already played with winphlash settings, crc, without luck
    BUT! /nochk did the job ! Flashed ... and activated !!! Thank you (command line was Winphlash2.exe /spi /bbl /sd /nochk R0071N7_SLIC.WPH)
