You do not need a OEM SLP Key from Acer or Sony..any OEM SLP Product key, if you had read my material will work
It works! I read it and thought as you did, but the activation didnt't work. Now it solved. This can't make me understood, but HP-cert works with that bios you moded to TOSHIBA well. I don't know why Thank you~

I did my own for Vista awhile back because I was reinstalling my OEM copy for the third time and didn't want to activate over the phone. Now I have updated my SLIC to accommodate Windows 7 SLP 2.1 with success. Bios flashing varies from computer to computer....there is no one pattern of how it flashes the bios into the computer....the main thing with your computer is that it flashed the computer bios correctly and now windows is activated.
