    Nevermind. I finally was able to flash it using swinflash.bat :)

    It was the longest 5 minutes of my life.... I had to hold my breath :eek:

    Now the SLIC_Dump tool says "HPQOEMSLIC-MPC_v2.1" is there!

    On to installing Win 7 Ultimate :)

    If you have a 32 bit machine....flash in windows.

    I think I should say I'm sorry. The download link file has changed and the rar is larger now however the name of the file is exactly the same and my download program got it wrong or messed up some how. I do see the Samsung cert inside. Thank you Busykid508 I will report the result in the future.
