    Didn't work. The stup stops on the second step "Identifying bios something something".

    I am crying as well as laughing on myself :p Why me ??? All other BIOS MODs are working.

    I do not want to go back to XP again. Please help BK.

    EDIT:
    ====

    Hey can we add some other SLIC into it ? May be DELL ? I saw in the sticky that some of the samsung notebooks were modded using DELL SLIC.
    Even the one similar to the one I own, the NC10, worked with the DELL SLIC.

    Again if we add DELL SLIC, it means we'd require DELL Certificate. RIght ?

    Did you ever tried it? Can you report it ?

    I have an tx1220ca and the bios filename is the same sph and exe... I think its just different sized ram cpu and hard drive. The graphics should also be 6150 nvidia

    thanks

    another acer aspire 7730g bricked

    cannot repair it. if flashes the on/off blue button and the bluetooth blue led remains lit. it tries to boot from cd and usb floppy and stops. Even without the fn+b pressed. ... still trying to make it start again..

    I have compared the 1.6 vs 1.7 of the flasher. These are the differences.

    1 /DESC Check the descriptor mode.
    2 /VBL Show warning for Vista Bitlocker.
    3 /FileUUID Generate a new UUID to BIOS image(Will not flash).
    4 /ShowFileUUID Show UUID of a BIOS bin file.
    5 /Force Update BIOS from image file directly without any modification.

    Are there anything special about them?
