    It won't mod and you cannot flash it....you cannot backup the EEPROM elements of the bios which are needed to flash the bios.

    Don't worry about the flashing part, I know what to do about it. I have a fn+b recovery disk that I tested working.

    The problem is I don't have the pheonix SLIC RC5 tool, unless someone can send it to me?

    Or where can I find out how to do a manual mod for pheonix and do it myself.

    This RW report is done in the Windows 7 with the SLIC bios.

    how are you trying to activate windows? You have a full slic 2.1 in your bios according to the report

    so do i copy the entire modified bios folder or just the winphlash 16 and .rom file?

    I cant find any instructions in the download.

    you are still not going to be able to flash it...ti won't work...ask HP to send yoiu a bios for your computer

    It's super slim chance but HP or Sony will send you a bios that it's not published on their website.

    Ok since its an award bios, I think flashing with Winflash 1.94 or Awdflash 8.94 should work. I will post in the award thread.
