    not yet. i planned to mod bios first then install cert and finally activate windows. but it just failed at first step.
    the windows 7 dvd is a legal copy I got from another dell pc. it's windows 7 pro i successfully installed and modded at dell d820 notebook .

    do you need any additional information to solve this?

    You are going to mod the bios??????....I just modified the bios for you...so, this makes no sense to me
