    RW-Everything missing

I guess it's due to geographical isolation - it's a 30 minute drive away to get it. I did say it was to follow... i didn't say when, now someone has beaten me to it.

BTW - thanks for the mod you did on the Travelmate 8371 without the RW-everything report... i would have been snookered had you not helped.:)

I looked at Lenovo's website. There are three different kinds of S12s. One has an intel chipset, one has an nvidia chipset, and one has a VIA chipset.

Only a BIOS is available for download for the model with the VIA chipset.

I have VIA chipset. I already download BIOS UPDATE program. It`s executable file based on WInflash i think. ...but .WPH file inside it. How I can extract it?

Insyde bios are easier to mod than regular phoenix bios....and even then it can go south without the rw everything report.

    When I run 3082F35.exe:

    1) I get a 'bios flash utility' warning: "VBIOS is the same so will not change it. Now will perform system bios upgrade."
    2) I press OK and WinPhlash starts
    3) I press "Flash BIOS" and it comes with a warning .bak allready exists; "overwrite?", yes
    4) WinPhplash flashes my bios

But I think it's just flashing my old bios... Slic_dump_toolkit says no slic table found?
