    So, with HP SLIC BIOS I only need the matching HP cert and then any OEM/SLP key for that OS version will activate?

    Thanks for your replay,
    But when my computer is booting (during the POST) I see “Phoenix logo”
    Also Inside the bios file I see the following string: Phoenixץ ײ e‘ 4.0 Release 6.1

    did you Rename S6240_BIOS_V1.10_SLIC.WPH to S6240_BIOS.WPH?

    the original bioses point to the same link, yes i would assume so.

    Yes. But my DOS doesn't not display it as 6240_BIOS.WPH because of the 8.3 constrain. So it displayed as 6240_BIO.WPH. Does it really matter?

    I tried older phlash tools, it load the file but complaining "Part Table Signature not found in the interface'' Still a no go.

    I just installed your modified 1.00.12aSL CLEVO bios, Busykid, and it's working great. Had absolutely no problems with it :)
