    I was running an OEM Vista Home Premium SP1 with those results, I thought maybe that was the reason so I did a fresh instal of Win7 Ultimate and tried the same procedure with the similar results. With Win7 either way I get a new cmd type screen pop up that lasts mere seconds and vanishes. I check the SLIC and it is still at 2.0.
