    F.BAT is a BATCH file. Instead of running the whole command "PH161700.EXE BIOS.WPH /O /Force /X /C /S" you can simply run F.BAT which contains the exact command and executes it.

    Did you have to ask that? Seriously.:)

    So you will flash your bios, that's why.
