    That is the original flash tool which comes with the bios.
    You need to flash from pure DOS mode

    Same problem exist. Flash it in DOS mode. I reboot using a WIN98 bootable CD and then run the FLASH.BAT. Same error message.

    I also created an MS-DOS bootable CD. Still same problem..

    It could related to the way how isobuster extracted the bios file.
    you may wanna try Kumerpark mod above.
