@kewn, I would suggest posting in the Award/AMI request forum...if it is AMI..You need to know what you are asking for..
I've been trying to find out, i've even seen someone else use the same brand to describe the type, not sure where to go to find out and i've searched everywhere. Any idea how to find out the exact one? But in the system information, it DOES say American Megatrends Inc, I just wasn't sure if that was what you guys (the experts) were looking to know.
Not sure how to do that, already ran the exe and now that's the bios thats running....However I posted this request in the AMI thread like suggested so maybe its in the right place now. Sheesh, this was so much easier on my Dell XPS.
Hi Kukubau, i need some information i believe u can help me... can i flash moded bios (for somebody else but of same toshiba model) straight from xp to win7. if there is any conflicts between slics---- (xp to win7 slic2.1) thanks..
Can dump it, can mod it, can't flash a backup phoenix bios...you find an update, and we can help you...
alright as far as i know...isnt it hard to dump the bios if u dont have a "different wph" ? at least winphlash needs one (and if i use any phoenix bios file i can make a bios file but it differs from size and i get a few errors)....any advice how to do it the best way? shall i try it over dos with awdflash? i did once and i got a 65 kb file that cant be correct right?
