    I have the same mod on a dv5000t but with out the WYFI and my SLIC DUMP shows NO ERRORS

    Which one did you use? I loaded the one without the wifi fix (the first one Busykid508 fixed for me) and still got the same error, I wonder if your bios is the same as mine, at least both have the same number, can you tell me post number you use?

    Cannot get LAPTOP Sony Vaio VGN - C1S to load from usb floppy with the crisdisk in!!!! DOES anyone know the SONY BIOS recovery key sequence, tried the FN B, Fn F and Win B....

    It looks like it'll also read from the cd, I tried creating a cd version of the Floppy but not sure its reading..or can't confirm thats correct!!

    All help appreciated.
