    In my case the decision was - "winphlash2.exe /spi /bbl /sd /nochk R0071N7.WPH"
    The main key was -"/nochk" - no check summ
    Now all works exelent!!

    it could be your windows 7 installation disk, it may already has integrated with certain loader.
