    I read instructions about flashing a BIOS. The first step consist to uninstall all LOADERS, CRACKS and PATCHES used to activate windows prior flashing. They say it is important! Why ???

    thanks for your reply mate!
    It came with WinXP Home preinstalled. It still has the sticker with the serial number on the bottom...
    Maybe I should just stay with XP, I don't know if the laptop can handle Win7... Do you think it's worth it checking out the tool anyway?

    look xp is great, but win7 is better. so i definitely would check out.

    I dont think it's hard to extract your bios, but modding your bios without rweverything report is hard, it may required manual mod.
    I would reload windows 7 and re-run the rweverything tool.
