Use the flash utility program for your bios and usually it will allow you to backup your bios....now, you may need to flash your bios with the new bios that needs to be modified.

    Help, BusyKid508

    BusyKid508,
I appear to have Bios upgraded, but when installing license at cmd prompt I get Windows script error- On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a0xC004F01F' to display the error text. Error: 0xC004F01F

Not sure where to go from here, thanks jmacie

First, did you install a RTM version of Windows? I hope you did not install an RC version.

Second, did you install any cracks, loaders, patches or bios emulators to activate Windows PRIOR to you flashing your bios?

Third, did you use Elevated Privileges to run Commands - that is did you RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR?

Used VOATK tool to remove crack, successful
Flashed BIOS- successful, I think, RW everything now shows a slic table- not present before
    Using RTM
    Used Administrative command prompt
Thanks, I could re-install RTM, if necessary

There is no need to install RTM if you already have one installed.....

What is the link to the bios file that you downloaded?
