    Need Help to install the new Bios (Slic 2.1) i got modded here. i get an error starting phlash16 . And i don't fully understand from were this command is to be made? "At command prompt, type: phlash16 /x bios.wph" I tried typing that from Start-cmd but nothing. I attach picture of what error i get when starting phlash16...
    And yes, i have a HP

    And i got the modded 2.1 Bios already but don't get it to install. That's the help i would need please.
