    boot failed for my toshiba satellite P300

    HELLO "HELP i'm new"
    after a boot failed for my toshiba satellite P300, i get a black screen after dooting, a loud bip and 2 short,after checking in the intene i have found that i need flash the bios, but i didnt understand how, i have the CRISDISK BIOS Recovery,PH161700 and BD3M3H10.WPH
