    Thank you for the response, I finally figured that out once I started learning how to create mods using the Phoenix Mod Tool. In the future I'll do my best to double check if the mods have been previously done before going ahead and redoing them.

    No it is not SLIC 2.1 I would suggest searching for the modded BIOS as it is likely its been done before

    Hi all,

    Please, I just buy this Notebook... Toshiba Satellite L455-S5008 and I dont want to use the Loader way.. I wana activate using the Certificate and SN.. I tried to use all methods but I dont know how to test if my Notebook if the slic can be added to BIOS or not..

    -Manufacturer:Toshiba Satellite
    -Motherboard Model:Intel
    -Bios revision: 1.30
    -Bios Type: Phoenix BIOS
    -Bios Download Link:
    -RW Everything Report Download Link:

    I used the SLIC dump tool kit V3.2 and its show me that the certificate for Toshiba is installed and working but every time I am trying to use Windows Loader 1.7.9 to install the certificate and SN it gives me that my windows still not activated...

    WHAT SHALL I DO NOW???
