    HP DV6810US BIOS- Please Help

I am totally new to online forum. Tried to post a message but was denied. Tried to join the group but could not. So may I borrow this Reply to post a message. I got HP DV6810US. The screen went black after upgrading BIOS F28 to F2A. Tried to hard reset powder down, unseating RAM, disconnecting wireless card etc. The PC appear to power on but No Video display, not even a flash.

I have tried to reflash the BIOS using Crisis Reovery Procedure, the PC with 30CFF28A and 30CFF28B. The reflashing, recovering appear to complete as the PC shut itslself down. But when I power it up, there is no beeping sound; just black screen.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Just a quick note to advise that a popular HP version of Win7 went onto the dv1010us without the slightest problem, and has passed all activation hurdles including KB971033. Drivers installations for the Texas Instruments Card Reader and the Intel Video chipset were interesting, but have been worked, properly installed, and are running without a hitch. So if anybody out there has one of these old machines and was wondering if it was possible to upgrade it to Win7, the answer is a resounding YES.

Thanks, one more time, ippytattoo, none of this could have happened without you!

And thanks also go to all those who work to keep this forum running, too!
