    No i dont have any loader running. and this is a brand new laptop and i just installed windows 7 in it. Laptop come with DOS

    i tried doing the first instruction dmi /ws Serial number and the system
    displays waiting message and the system hangs.

    Please help

    The same issue was posted by someone else in that forum. I think its an issue with the tool itself. Can you provide instructions for it.

    I never use the tool, I just know that particular thread is for unhiding the SLIC info.
    Modding a bios which already has SLIC 2.1 is a bit dangerous, I'm not sure what to do next.
