    can u provide a screenshots of SLIC Dump Toolkit (Advance Tab)?
    also do you use any loader?

    Yes Administrator and UAC deactivate . I get System Error like this : View attachment 6537

    I think the problem is the Pubkey in BB.ROM but i dont know where find Pubkey valide for an other SLIC .
    I think if i can dump bin cert of Toughbook CF-19 MK4 its Ok because i think he have SLIC 2.1 because its possible to upgrate to Seven.

    I dont think it's the problem with BB.ROM file, as it still would flash with the wrong info.

    just asking, which OS is your notebook running? you flash in DOS right?

    I am running Win7 Ultimate and Yes I am flashing in DOS.

    Anyway, I have flashed BIOS to previous version 00KT, made a modified SLIC2.1 (with DELL certificate) BIOS file with Phoenix Mod Tool v1.42 and it worked.
