I know a lot of people love the DUMP Tool that is being floated around here but when you use it to show someone the problem, most of the time you cannot read anything in it because of its background....the background is DARK and the lettering is light green or some other light color.

So, that little device did not tell me a thing since I cannot read it....and I have a very strong Video Card.

I guess the part that matters from the tool's dump is the RSDT: FSC PC (whereas it should be FUJ PC, I think), hence RSDT != PubKey
Otherwise, the tool reports that the Checksum is OK and that the Slic is V2.1

If you need any other information, please let me know.
    Cheers.

Read the HOW TO CREATE A BOOTABLE USB FLASH DRIVE that was included in the download and follow those instructions.

When you create this bootable usb flash drive, then reboot the computer and make sure your first boot device is USB Flash DRIVE (HDD) so that it can boot from it.

    At command prompt, type: AWD8833S nap5.23 /py /sn /cc /e <ENTER>
