    if it came with win7 preinstalled, I can almost be 100% certain say, your bios does not need a mod.

    So, if I, for instance, install W7 HP or something higher it will work without any loaders or something else? I thought every edition (except Win7U) requires specific SLIC (sorry, i'm a noob)

    all you need to do now is to load the certificate and correct key.

    Or just load the Windows Anytime Upgrade, use any higher version SLP key, and you're good to go. WAU works from Starter version and up and because it's an hp, I'm 100% sure SLIC is already pre-loaded in the official BIOS.

    try to use latest EzH2O, ther is an option to change setup default (without any certitude) search in this way.
