    the phoenix mod tool cant handle your type of bios, the link I gave you have all the necessary tool and guide on how to mod your bios.
    there should be ppll in that forum able to provide you the mod or guide.

    Oops! I am sorry for bothering you guys over this. I did do a search, but missed it as it says C500 rather than G5000. I guess I should have searched for the BIOS link :).

    do you think it would be possible to make bios with 2.1 slic for me?

    Motherboard model: Pavilion DV6936US
    really have no idea about BIOS version,
