    OEM Certificate & Key Insert win7.exe puts the cert and the key in w7?
    ecwinf.exe is usefull for something?

    Very last question: i have a partition with w vista oem genuine, if i change the slic from 2.0 to 2.1 can it have some problems?

    For 7 certificate must be 2.1. For Vista certificate 2.1.
    The key must match the operating system and revision.
