    stupidity
    *Do not update this Bios version if your system are not native Win7 system.
    meaning certificate
    Asus does not give you a certificate 2.1 for Windows Vista Product Activation
    that's all problemma

    Unpack SLIC.IMA with 7zip. It's bootable Floppy image.

    phlash16.exe - flash utility

    I was able to mod the bios with the one you fixed for me, but windows says 3 days remaining on activation. Its almost as if its not slic 2.1. Maybe you can shed some light. Thanks again.

    Slic 2.1 in the Bios and Win7 activated.
