Please advise how to create bios with SLIC 2.1 for Windows 7

-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Notebook Sony VGN-NR498E
    -Bios Revision : R2060J9
    -Bios Type : Phoenix
    -Bios SLIC : 2.0
    -Bios Link : N/A

There is no link for an updated bios that I can find. Is there a way to extract the BIOS already inside and modify it? Maybe modify it in place? It is already a 2.0SLIC, can the 00HEX be changed to 02HEX and make this a 2.1 SLIC? I also do not know where a bios update program is for this computer, can you help me?

    Thanks

Well like I said I have it working, OEM-pre-activated with windows 7 and put my modded BIOS through an extensive amount of hours of building, and testing on the presario v3000 hardware - so I'm confident that it won't brick anybody's laptop.
