    Perhaps dv6000 and dv9092ea use the same BIOS. HP paper and auto detect also said it is dv9092ea. I use the laitest bios, and it works fine.

    I did, and I emailed you ... I also briefly explained the wifi hack in the email with a screenshot.

    I just checked yours, and it still doesn't have that wifi hack in it LOL ... you can check my email for further details, or if you just want to leave it out.

    OMG Dude...Surely when you load the bios it should tell you bios installed and motherboard variant..I would not risk an autodetect sequence and if that the case are you sure you can...Busykid508 you have the patience of a saint.
