Managed to get usb drive to load and i get error as below
i did make a boot cd but now i get new error
can not flash bios himem present
i did remove himem from the dos image and
tried a second time and again got the same error
    =o(

seems only thing that will flash this bios is the winflasher
but i am still looking for a more stripped down version
to make a boot cd to remove the memory manager/himem

    @poohbear

    Prepare your pen drive bootable.
Copy the 3 files from Mod folder in the pen drive's root.
Insert pen drive in a USB port.
Reboot the PC, when the bios messages appears press F8 or F9 (I don't remember well), the right button is indicated at the bottom of the screen.
Choose the pen drive as a boot device and continue.
    At the Prompt type Mod
Wait the end of the process.

You ask for a very old bios release.
Flash the MB with the latest bios (F.28, 03/2011) and repost the new AcpiTbls.rw

    Unfortunately, that's what happened.
How can I remove the extra SLIC?
