phoenixtools version 2.11 ?????

    I do not manage to find phoenixtools version 2.11 to transform file fd there bin

    Hello,

    I would want to transform a file fd there bin to fall in love one bios on a compaq (black screen, 2 blinkings), I succeeded in download a phoenixtools but I do not manage to transform this file ......
    It seems to me that 2.11 is simpler for a greenhorn as I....

    Hello, and first of all thank you for your help(assistant).

    I manage not to send you the direct link of bios on the forum
    On hp assistance(audience), he(it) several updated of bios for this type(chap) of pc there " compaq presario CQ61 315 SF3 version f15 f13 ...... f12 and f03
    On the DD of the pc, there is a partition(score) HPTOOLS but it does not seem worked.
