    do you have any windows 7 edition installation disk, if you have then insert it in to diskdrive and restart yours system, and reinstall your window.

    i got locked out ... i have the dvd i did what you said but when I got to upgrade I get another error that it can't find my files ... but I can log on and have everything on my desktop just can't get to them ... can you help me create a new profile so I can do what you suggested?

    You can test your hard drive it's fairly simple remove your hard drive from the computer and lay it down in a cool spot and put a fresh egg on it at night and when you wake up in the morning crack the egg in a bowl and if it is completely black inside your hard drive is toast
