@ 911medic, good advice just get a clean windows 7 iso from forum and activate via Daz loader or bios mod.

Hi everyone. Finally managed to get it installed. I want to thank everyone who took the time to help me, it means a lot.

    I've another problem though.

I have an ATi Radeon X1300 Pro 256MB PCIe Low Profile Video Card in the system. When I use the ATI software from the website it tells me I don't have suitable drivers to install it.

    Any ideas?

I've used a bunch of those. You need the ATI Catalyst Display Driver for XP (It's a legacy driver)

I have it, but I have too few posts to link it up.

Search this on Google: "ati catalyst display xp 32bit" (without quotes) and it's right there on AMD's site.

AMD doesn't allow direct linking so that won't work.

I'm getting this: "We’re sorry, but we were unable to complete your download. There could be several reasons for this:You were linked to this download from a site outside of AMD.com"

Maybe it is because I suppress/substitute the Referrer. Thus amd.com doesn't know where I'm coming from (and so doesn't any other site).

Perfect. That's the file I use on my machines. Hopefully that helps Kel1981.
